BINOY J. KATTADIYIL leads the investment research and manages the investment process with proper due diligences. With over 20 years' experience as Investor and Promoter; he has a formidable track record founding successful multi-baggers, mid and micro-cap compounders at earlier stages in Indian capital market. He is a value cum growth investor, believes in fundamental analysis with concentrated portfolios and also in to private equity, projects. He is licensed from SEBI, leading private life with the passion of investments, seeing different bull and bear cycles.

In his entrepreneurial journey, he was the Founder MD and Principal Officer promoted Moat Financial Services Private Ltd, a Co. in SEBI licensed portfolio management services and Moat Project Management Private Ltd, a Co. in project developments. He was the Founder MD of The Charter School, a CBSE & IB international schools at Kochi and Trivandrum. He was also the ED promoted HeartCare Associates Private Ltd a Cardiac JV with reputed Hospitals in Kerala; BlueBell Projects LLP, a residential & commercial building firm. Re-settling back in India, he started Binoy Nisha & Co; CA firm towards public practice and management consultancy. In his professional journey, for a year he served as Projects Director with the private equity arm of Abu Dhabi Capital LLC and for five years, he served as Finance Director with Kerzner International Ltd, USA for its JV with Government of Dubai for the development of Atlantis, The Palm, a US$2B project. Immediate three years prior, he served as GM with Opportunity Holdings LLC, an MNC for their export imports, healthcare and hospitality operations in UAE. In the initial five years of career starts, he served as Business Manager and Treasury Manager with an investment and software companies in India.

He is an FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, CFE from Association of Fraud Examiners of USA, holds an MBA from Bharathidasan University, India and an LLM from National Law University, Delhi and awaits PhD in Finance on Corporate Governance from Bharathiar University, India. His professional involvement includes membership with Urban Land Institute, International Bar Association, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Indian Council of Arbitration.
