LEADERSHIP

Nisha Binoy leads the operations and compliance and has significant experience in financial services and private equity covering risk and portfolio management systems, financial derivatives, wealth management, real estate valuations and product development life cycles. Her strengths are due diligence, strategic advisory, feasibility analysis and complex financial modelling to establish optimal component mix and development strategy.

She is in public practice since 2011 and prior to that for four years, she served as Head of Project Finance & Planning with CapitaLand, Singapore for its JV with Mubadala, a Government of Abu Dhabi entity, the master developer of US$1B 'Arzanah' Mixed-Use infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. Immediate two years, she served as the Senior Financial Planner with Lehman Brothers for their JV with Hobo International, the media and entertainment project. Prior to that for 2 years, she served as the Head of Finance with DP World, a Government of Dubai entity setting up its African holding in Airlines and Travels divisions. In the initial three years, she served as Senior Manager-Finance with a Financial Services company in India.

She is an FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an MBA from La Trobe University, Australia with BSc in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
